The Best Vegan Ranch Dressing
Yields: 3/4 c.
1/2 c. unflavored soy yoghurt
1/4 c. coconut cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
dash lemon juice, optional, for extra tang
1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1. Mix all ingredients. Adjust seasonings as needed.
2. Serve cold on salad. Keeps three days in refrigerator.
