It's time to pack the sack lunches again. And I'm sure the kids are asking for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, or perhaps peanut butter and honey sandwiches, or even Nutella, but I think it's time to mix things up a bit. Transform the peanut butter and honey into a healthy chocolate spread, and skip the snickers bar at the same time, for this is – healthy snickers spread!
This spread is so, repeat SO, easy to make you are going to eat it over, and over, and over again. And it works perfectly even if peanut butter and honey are off the list! Basically, mix peanut butter or any other nut butter, with honey or any other liquid sweetener, and carob or cocoa powder, and you are good to go. It cannot be simpler, all the ingredients are already in your cupboard, and you are going to think that candy bar melted right onto your bread! Can we nominate this "the world's new favorite spread"?
