Easy Oven-Grilled Green Beans
Yields: 4 servings
1 bunch (2 1/2 in. diameter) fresh green beans
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oil
1. Clean green beans and place in oven-safe dish. Sprinkle with garlic and salt, and drizzle with a little oil.
2. Broil in middle of oven until wilted with a few brown spots (about 30 min.). Toss a few times while broiling.
3. Serve warm. Good drizzled with coconut milk.
